Delete your TOGA account

You can request deletion of your TOGA account and the data associated with it at any time. We'll process your request within 30 days.

Request deletion

The fastest way to request deletion is to email us from the same address you use to sign in to TOGA.

Or compose a new email manually to support@toga.app with the subject line “Delete my TOGA account”.

What gets deleted

  • Your account profile (name, email, base, equipment, seat)
  • Standing and monthly preferences
  • Bid cycles, bid intents, generated bids, and award history
  • Schedule data and trade history
  • Conversations with Oscar
  • Partner contacts and partner-mode messages

What may be retained

We may retain limited records to comply with legal, accounting, or audit obligations. Backups are purged on a rolling schedule of up to 90 days. Aggregated, de-identified data that cannot be linked back to you may be kept indefinitely.

Timeline

We'll confirm receipt of your request within a few business days and complete deletion from active systems within 30 days.
